From what i can tell in that screenshot is basically him "teaching" you current prices
and you saying "shut up noob". Soo in this case it would be you that's insulting him and
not the other way around. This really is stupidity at it's finest!

Seems pretty minor to me. There's bigger insults that go on in global chat to worry about. Block the person and move on.
