I dont think its a good idea to set the RB limit to 40.
You should know that with each Str point you get a higher phy. Defence
but the mag. Defence gonna be the same.

(A Str char gonna stay on his mag. Defence, but the Dmg of an Int char gonna be way higher).

You just tested a Str vs. a Str, there are alot more things you need to test bevor you post such a thread.

And the Wizzards can make again the real dmg with 30 or 40 rb

You are Not Right - We Tested it Also for INT Chars [ Wizzard'S ] - It's The Same like at STR Chars ...

So we Need to Set Back to 30 RB or UP To 40 RB ...

I agree with Pink.. I don't think people understand what you're saying though.. Pink is saying that odd number rb's are glitched. You don't have your true dmg unless you're on a round number like 30 or 40.. Am I right, Pink?

You should also test it when both players are wearing the same gear with the same enchantment levels. Also, testing it with buffs doesn't really make it legitimate as different problems could occur with 40 RB. You need to have Navesh test it on the test server to see the results.

Sure Also Navmesh need to Test it , For this The Test server Exist , But we Did the First Step like this ! ...

Also We Did test it With The Same Gear and the Same enchatment Levels ... We Made Alot of Test's Right now .
