    Thats unfair for other players . maybe some player are only online in this time when physical and magical not spawn!

    That's bad for them but that's how it is... Random spawn is the best thing for this kind of unique mobs, the experience you got with a kill its a lot. So imagine that you tell people the time it will spawn, everyone will go and no1 would get nice exp from it.
    I think this doesn't have to be changed at all.
