Hi, read error message. You can not do any operation at that time.
SCHEDULE_DEF_SIEGE_TAX_PERIOD, 2013-04-20 19:30:00, Event State : START
SCHEDULE_DEF_SIEGE_TAX_PERIOD, 2013-04-20 21:30:00, Event State : END
It's 15 april now you can do it on 20 only i think.

This is what I got when I tryed to register to the FW last Sunday

Scorn there is nothing wrong or I don't see what you see?
It was sunday. Sunday is FW time, so it show time when will happen.
1st line show time for registration for next day.
