IMO any person that wants to play on an international game should speak a decent amount of English. Atleast enough to make himself understandable to others and to understand what others say ofcourse.
It wouldn't hurt to have some helpers from different backgrounds though.

I do not mean you need another if not put to any person who speaks that language capasidad (you can choose to have an event and you can pay monthly gold) no person who would like this post

A GM or supporting person shouldnt get paid in my opinion...

About your proposal, I get your opinion but I won't get any new GMs for now. I get same from some german players but atm we are ok with what we have.

Private server gms of any kind of games aren't paid.. and trust me, i know that lol

there are a lot of players who are from Latin America some do not speak English and do not know the information or events you do if tedria difenrentes someone who spoke languages would have better support for your server and had no confusion at all IS ONLY AN IDEA I HAVE is not important

missdai let me tell you a couple of thing, i think is not necessary cuz? when all this "latin players" come to server they should know a basic english, idk how they understand if they dont speak english or a couple of words, i'm from venezuela i dont speak in the right way english but i can understand the admin and the others players, another thing i feel so bad about all the user who got ban about voting with so many acc and more even when 70% of that players are latin's, i think this community of latins dont deserve that, is my point of view but i want to tell you cuz is totally unnecessary, if i be rude right now with you, sorry for that but its the truth.
