Exay coins you can get by doing a daily mission.
To get it you need to talk with Daily quest npc and take the quest ' Crab Soul from TK', the quest consists of collecting 250 quest items. Once delivered you get 5 Exay coins. They also drop on certain uniques like Roc, Phy Roc, Mag Roc. They are also obtainable during certain events. Dont forget you can also get it from players Life is 3 days, you're on your 2nd one already.
