you need to read the rules, and not without reason report , my question is : You can report without any sense????????

(Notice):you can ask question in any language,but not to keep chatting in globals,Only english

Game rules:
- Buy/Sell/Trade/Gift accounts is not allowed, permanent ban.
- No Items/Gold/Accounts are allowed to buy/sell for real money, permanent ban.
- Do not use spam bot in towns (auto-invite, selling spam), permanent ban.
- Do not advertise., permanent ban.- No racist globals, warning or instant ban, depending on situation.
- No items, accounts scam, permanent ban without posibility to unban.
- ((((((No CAPS in Globals for chats, you can use them for WTB/WTS/WTT.)))))
- (((((Do not talk to GM in other languages, only English.)))))
- Keypressers/Autoselect/Bots or any other 3rd party programs are not allowed.- No vulgar,racist names, guild names or job names etc, you will have to pay for rename or ban.
- You can't treat Server or Server Staff in a rude way. (permanent ban)- Any kind of insulting towards Server or Server Staff will result in permanent ban.
- If you found a bug , you must report it and not use it or you may find you account banned.
- You can't break a rule that doesn't require explanation (common sense) and ask for cookies.
- No Multi-Clients (IS NOT ALLOWED more then 1 client from same IP to play in Events, Events area, Quests area, Fort war (like buffers,supporters,healers) and any other places where you can get advantages over other players. You can use other clients to set Shops (stalls) use it for trading items from one account to another!!! Bans will be applied for reported players.F

Please check rules, there is no problem in sending a global in other language, just do not start to chat with others always in globals, you have private chat for that
