Failed to connect to server error (c9)

I keep getting this error whenever i try to log in and shortly after disconnect from the server.

C9 is due to your IP being blocked by the login server.
The only way this generally gets resolved, is by the login server being rebooted.
This could also be from an account ban.

Only workaround I can offer you, is to try using hotspotshield end test VPN.

unzip / unrar into a random folder, run silkroad.exe as admin (it will automatic update the exay client), Disable your anti virus and firewall (so the client wont get blocked or deleted by your anti virus prog.)
