It's not normal, but also I can't do anything beside warning if someone don't have a basic culture. Should I contact his parents or what? =)

i just want to tell you that immortals prizes are rising up after vote changening. btw when i was offer 10b for each immo i get banned becose someone report me like some tax bug user
