I just end game download now when I try to open it game did not opened the game are online ? or offline.

when i try to open the game i got msg : the server is undergoing inspection or updates. connect to ........... is the problem in my computer or the server is down ? Any Admin can pm me

maybe try to download full client it would work but server is 100% online
