Hello Guys and Admin
Well I got a little problem i dont know a spot to get fast plving many player are not that helpful so i come to the forum to get help from the admin and the player here as you can see the exp rate is 999x well i thnk thats the problem see plvling is hard and i cant see any portal or dungeon to get 999x i thnk is only work in dungeon that only admin create it
If there any dungeon or portal please comment and direct me

Is that your name in game?
And generally what people do is when they are very very new with no friends
1~50 dungeon in newbie town, get to about 42 or 50 if you want
go grind outside hotan up to around lvl76, get new armor and stuff
teleport to jangan, go to event area and hit them, even if you barely do damage, let the others kill it for you and you will still lvl up, and i stay there around 110 usually, I only stay if somehow i am the only one there otherwise i teleport to baghdad and lvl up outside until 130 OR best time if bone roc spawn is to be about 120+ instantly get you 130 and you rebirth again

Another Way:
Go first Newbie Town as Guy said.
Then go Event Area and ask for Party there. Doesnt matter if you stay there with Lvl 1 or lvl 76 or anything. U get fast and alot Exp there.
You can easily get there 110 - but you can stay there till 120. Then its your choice to go to Baghdad and lvling there or you kill Uniques on God Area, Arabian Area, Roc Area and Phantom Desert Map.
Be sure that you'll buy D12 at Shop Area before starting Grinding.
