Describe the Situation:
This guy is insulting me, I just said to him to specified his item that he want to buy then this is what he said to me.

This is hardly an insult, it's a rude type of speech no doubt but not categorized as insult.
Player will be asked to 'calm down' anyways, and you're also free to block pms from such players ingame using the (U) functions
