"iam new here " i downloaded the full client and start it why it told me that from August 15 + 2018 it is required to download a FULL Client in order to play ExaySro visit download (site) ?

check if your anti virus didnt delete any file when you were extracting,
make a new folder add that folder to the exclusions in your anti virus and extract the .rar to that folder and try again
