In Newbie Town or Jangan there is a Shop named Scrolls Shop and i really like know about this
I change and add blues to my accesories and weapons and clothes whith this scrolls tell me more about this Admin

any of the scrolls dont add any type of stats to the equipment, what they do is change the items lets do 2 e.g
1st- say you're have a chn character and want to switch to a euro one this time, you can get scrolls and change your equipment from CHN to Euro in order to use it on your new character.( kind of like the item to change equipment between [M] and [F] )
2nd- say you've a normal dg14 weapon but you very much prefer the look of the EGY weapons, you can change your weapon's visual with the scrolls
