New forum Skin (theme) - Navmesh - 12-11-2016

Hey Exay, we finally get rid of old white ~~burn eyes skin,~~ hope this one look better.
Please let me know about any issue, also, there are some nice things about this one,
you can have it compact (fluid width) or large (fixed width),

change change colors or background from menu (right upper)
