Weapon attribute stats can go all to 100% (Dg. 14) ? I bought 5000 from each kind of stone and try to do the perfect bow :
.. But if with 5000 stones they don't go to 100% i give up

You can't know, how many stones you need. You can get 100% with 100 stones or can not with even 20k stones. Pure luck!
But dont give up!
