During Guild War between LaughinCoffin and GodEatGod, Jock3r , LaughinCoffin's guild master , used side buffs from players (probably multi-clients) , who wasn't in his guild and didnt wear PVP capes at least. As u can see on video (link below), it was party buffs from both of that players - Optimizer and chancedapink, and that buffs can be used only in party, so, Jock3r was in party with that players . To avoid any talking like "Guild War is bugged", etc, it was happened when Guild War has just begun. I don't know who should take punishments but one thing is sure, there is breaking of rule for outside buffs!

yes, outside buffing is not allowed, don't do it, also GW has been bugged for some reason, it will be fixed soon, for now just don't to it guys.
