You can also joke around in globals. Buddy, you need to know the difference between humor and insults.
That in the global is what I call joking and not an insult.
You can't just report a guy for saying a joke over global (which its not illegal to do so).
If everyone globaled a joke, you can't just report them all. Otherwise you have a very little sense of humor.
