exasro gentlemen looking to seek greater respect in the game and reported no problems this person who is disrespectful insults out of the ordinary for a person in this case a woman, I hope with this character are severe thank you very much.

Just to let you know, you can block pm's ingame.
"Bitch" is just another everyday word. Same thing if you see someone be called an idiot.
And bitch is not always a word used for insulting (you might wanna look up the definition of the word)
