If you got scammed (shit happens), exaysro does not take responsibility for scammed items. Its your own responsibility to take care of your account.

I see two names in your screenshots, which really means a whole lot of nothing.
Your best option is to email navmesh directly with this, although, if you have been "scammed", you are likely up shit creek.
