I think is a bad ideea. I mean... on this way all scammers can change name and just continue to scamm players.

You can already change your name by paying 10$...
If it's worth that much to you, but i wouldn't pay that much for it.
Anyhow your reason Odysey isn't really that good... Scammers can just create a new account to scam again under a new name, which is cheaper then buying a name change.
