If you have got banned, then you cannot get a unban. The reason why you are ban is only you that knows why.

What does the screen say when you try to enter the game? There is always a reason why people get a ban.

Perhaps you shared the account with someone else?
As Shadows has said, you need to read the message from the ban.
Bans aren't given when you are inactive.
