I just make a recharge of 300 silk and starting today he had twice reload, reload and when I got only 300 silk and nothing else appears in ExaySRO Silks2x recharge option, as we would do in that case?

sure nothing eles apperes becouse the event is not startet so when you buy only 300 silk then you get only 300 not 600 silk ... first after the gm change the prices the event of duble silk start

Correct. Event has possibly not yet been activated. You may need to contact Navmesh.
