always insulting me and why not the baned? Here you have 3 photos where to do so, if to my blocked my account only to say child and noob to the also comes out, I hope they will be fair, I'm tired of this child, to insult me greetings.

Yes you can block PMs, if he will insult you in regular chat or globals then create a report.
Aslo we (GMs) do not speak spanish.
