Situation: I was pvping him when all of a sudden he started using exchange bug. He said he used it because he told me he didn't want to pvp but he never said that EVER. Never even said stop

I think you can block exchange from other players in options menu... You could use that while pvp'ing.

Sure he can disable the exchange function, but is it fair that the person makes exchange bug gets no warning or no ban for his bug abuse?

With a little brain, each is clear that this is a bug. Think first and act accordingly. With a little thought everyone is clear that this is not permitted. So it should also for "LordOfDoom" have consequences, as for every other "Bug Abuser" too.

Report Section: only the one who reports someone/the reported one may talk here others must be ssssst or they get a warning to avoid spam ! and ye i break that rule now to but i see everybody doing it everytime
maybe u all will stop now and leave them and let admin deal with it
so he wont need to read 30 useless posts

And yet another thing, we aren't spamming in here. We discuss about the person that uses bug abuse, which I could also see under the rules, its says clearly (If you find a bug, you must report it and not use it, or you may find your account banned)
So in this case, its bug abuse, also it has been reported from other players inclueding myself that came across a bug abuser ingame.
And for LordOfDoom, if you knew about the bug abuse (exchange bug), then you also know it isnt allowed.

i said you the rules from moderator but i think since mod stopped here everything from him is deleted so ye then it is hard and maybe he comes back since he is the last time more on skype then you see it by ya self and idk for you but this is only for reports not bugs or glitches
and he didnt put it there he made a thread on forum like the thread about the mod him self
