Hello. I wasn't able to play 2 weeks and I forgot one of my accounts username. The charname is "Pringle" . How can I get it back ? I also forgot the e-mail but it wasn't a fake one. Thank you in advance.

If you forgot the email address, and the user name, you will very doubtfully be getting your account back.
Accounts aren't restored for both items lost in cases like this, even if you know one of the character names.
If this were the case, everyone would be stealing accounts.

Email ExaySRO@gmail.com with all info about your account that could prove that you are real owner
