Check Your internet Connection , or Maybe it is Your Traffic .
I am From Germany , and don't have got any lagg or Delay ...
and Btw , More Players = More Delay

Server is located in Europe, so E players will always have better connection.
It also not the server internet speed because with 500-550 online it use only 2-3% of speed available, so there are 97% free channel, it's all about you or your ISP.
But this days I didn't restarted it, so it may be also the server problem when it is online for 1 week without restart =)
