I installed the game, I changed media.pk2 and after all that I say this server is undergoing inspection or updates. What's the problem I do that? I have version 1.203.

Your ISP or IP could be banned in our protection services.
But you don't have to change any media.pk2 just extract client and it should autoupdate.
