I read that D13 Item requires Advanced Elixir. So where can I find it ? And do we have 13th Lucky Powder ?

conbo first u need to go shops area there is a npc which is selling 12dg weapons:buy one,then go to the grocery shop in the jangan and buy ''Distroyer Rondo'' after u have those press Y and go to the tab called ''dismantle'' put the 12dg weapon there..the weapon 12dg will be distroyed and u will recive ur 13dg adv elixir
