20 seconds dont make any difference since u always got 2-3 or even 4+ clerics ( or sub clerics ) in a pt so they can keep constant black ress, maybe it would be fine if buff(on the ressed) goes away when the resser switchs wep, but even so cooldown needs to be atleast 1 min(and the buff effect time 10-20 secs)

PS: if u find this cooldown to be too much, remmember u have other ress skills so long cooldown on this skill doesnt mean u can't ress ppl...
Not possible to ress ppls with other skills since im getting full knock back and full knock down when im trying to cast a spell like i said... and no, im not changing the subject cuz here we are talking about ressing people in fortress war.

i'm sure of that cuz being Ganja one of the most powerful guilds in-game they wouldnt need to full KB they would just kill you

1 you cried, 2. when we use blackres all time you had no chance and blackres is something for noobs , 75 % more hp and 75 % damage absorbation !! Hello ?? How to kill this guy ? when hes dead , 0,2 sec he's alive with 75 % more hp and 75 % dmg absorbation , super , and ps , who got banned ? i think most of you, not from us

I think Black Res is to OP, you get to much HP and the dmg. absorption is to high, the cooldown is not the problem i think.
