Your girlfriend's character was probably coming off the same IP address, and logged in, and possibly in the same party.
I somehow sense you are wasting your time at this point.

Because when you get ban on one account, you don't come with another one to ask why you are banned. Also when one account is banned for good, all other accounts from same IP should be gone too.
