i disabled firewall
This is the first time i am joining this server
and why is my ISP blocked ? my other friend can play and we have same internet provider ....

maybe another player did get a range bann .
maybe ur ip is in this range ...
range bann means ip: xxx.xxx.xxx.100~200 banned...
let him check this
