Plus: There are Quest and Party related PServers, but with Reborn-System and these Rates Exay is clearly meant to be PvP only. Wich doesnt has to bee mean China Only.

Talking about Balance, not about "Ohh Pleease Lord make my Build strong". Im doing fine with my Forceblader, but pvp becomes boring very fast.

to be strong as Party Charakters. As far as i know its the same on every PServer: Most of the ppl play Chine because EU Chars cannot stant in pvp Battles. "Transforming" EU Chars to become stronger in PvP Battles would bring a Huge Amount of new possible Builds and Content to the Game without the need of new Client Files or anything. Just sayng.

For Example: You could give none-Tank Euro Chars 15 Reborn-Stats instead of 10 so Pure-Int Builds are able to conquer Pure STR. I have given up my Rouge/Bard Build, but i liked it.

@QARA: It is boring, even yet. Force/Sword, Force/Bow, Glavie/Sword - U can break down 80% Server Builds in 3 China Builds wich are in use. I love to play as Euro Char but the Balance for Euros on Exay is realy disappointing. Instead of deleting Euro Builds we should make them stronger - Reduce Cooldowns and raise rates for specific Skills to make them even strong to Chinese Builds.

After ~3 hours server will shutdown for 30-60 min maintenance to fix some item stacks (vigors, hp/mp pots, STR/INT scrolls and Steady/Luck D14 stones

BTW Another Bug: Magic Stone of Devil (Chest Stone 4 Increasing HP/MP) dont work at all. Used 3 on the Chest. Failed so often that the Stones dissapeared on failing.
