This is last time when I will answer to such questions.

Your last words say it all " playing your game.." but reason is simple, too many abusers, scammers, people who insult and break rules from IP in your network *your ISP. So, to avoid problems from this players, I ban all IPs in that network, since you have dynamic IP. Doing this I realize that can ban also good players, but this is better then keeping problematic players on server. So it's my server, my rules and I can allow who I wish to play on it. Now there are plenty on Silkroad servers, world doesn't end here, just pick one that will work for you.

May i know why my ip is banned ? i just need a one convicing reason that prevents me from playing your game..
