I reborn on my account and forgot to take off my Armor and my weapon and when I reborn I still had all the stuff left on me and was able to use. So I was lvl 1 able to use D14 gear and weapon.

That's normal because you wear the set when you reborn but if you take it off you won't be able to wear it again until lvl 101
