Do not try to regulate the market. People will just sell the 7bil item for 8bil, then 9, then 10. Since people have gold and are desperate they will pay the price regardless. It's pointless.

IMO if there will be gold for silk, prices will go higher again because no one will buy gold when he can buy some immo and sell for higher price, much higher.

i have no problem with silk prices or something i just sell the silk items i dont buy it
