Also will do some preparations for next patch on friday.
About this more info will be added when patch will be done.

Maintenance start: 12:00 Server time
Maintenance end: 13:00 Server time

after that x2 event start?

yes, when server will be online 2x will start.

Did you mean 12:00 and 13:00 by chance? Because the server is off while the server time reads 12:22 =p
