hey gm i started to play Exay when it was x9999 and i left it after 2 days and when i came back i found my acc banded...?? why is that....

This was on beta so all characters was deleted. Your account was banned for rude behavior in game, so you should think again about your gameplay if you wish to play here.
Just create new account and play.
