Will be opened 40 cap, or you want to make some changes?

P.s. 25.05.2013 there were 10 peoples with 30 rbs. Today is 17.06.2012. 23 days atm..

it will only open when X numbers of ppl reach X reborns, that means 10ppl 10rbs wave, 20ppl 20rbs wave, 30ppl 30rbs wave, 40ppl 40rbs wave, etc etc

i know but some of those players left the server and imo shouldnt count..

Agree, but i wanna know, is there some changes or we will keep old system.

From what I understood they will add requirements for rbing above 30
