I know u have to collect cards from FGW But were is the Quest? So if i collect whem were i have to give whem to get 14dg?

How to get:
Kill Treasure Boxes
Kill Serene (Endboss)
Only for Weapon and only for the Race your Character is.
Example given:
Chinese Race can only get Chin Weapons
European Race can only get Eur Weapons
For Armor you have to Buy/Farm/Win LC Coins and JC Coins.
Armors are at Shop Area.
