Dear GM, EM and all player in Exaysro. I'm a player in Exay. My question is: If we have new event look like XMAS, 14/2 LOVE... Gm, can you creat new reward. The new reward is PARDON : UNBAN old account in Exaysro. It is not UNBAN all account. Just UNBAN some account from loyal player look like me.

Unban you can get and without event. But accounts that are permanent banned for scamming or bug abuse will never, I repeat, NEVER be unbanned.
If you ban reason have - scam, bug use - it's permanent.
Otherwise you can email and I will decide.
Thank Gm for your reply my answer. I have 1 account got ban 2,3 year ago. I remember the reason is use global chat and talk about sell account. Because i did'nt read the rules.. I know i'm so stupid... But i still play in Exay. I love Exay so much. Dear GM, if i give you my ID and Password. Can u unban my account? What must i do to unban my account? I'm not use bug, scam. Just stupid with global chat.
