i have an expert package service buff from my last VIP and now i cant use the new one because "The selected item cannot be used together or the skill is already in use"

Thats not hard to figure out what to do.
You have to wait a day (24 hours), then it will automaticly go off.
After thoese 24 hours that is past, you can add a new VIP premium.

Or you go and kill some mobs ( 180 min or how long does that buff exist ? ^^)
