I was in a party with others to kill Khulood, but when it died, my lvl has increased but not my skill points

THe ExP Bombs like Roc, Kuhlood and other big uniques may give some Exp, but really less Sp, the best way to get them is at any party at Kirk or Phantom Desert.
Or do you mean you got like 0 SP? <--- this is not normal xD

I did not really look at what was my char SP before killing Khulood, but my char only has around 8800 points at the end. my char was from lvl 101 to 124, is that normal only getting that much at the end?

There shouldnt be a problem with the sp.
As Rekcuz said, its better you grind at kirk or phantom desert to get thoese sp.
Also it would be a good idea to invest a VIP premium or just a goldtime skill ticket which cost under 100 silk.
