It´s not allowed to use the bot on Quest spots, Unique spots and Roc Areas.
As long as you are only grinding in Kirk or Phantom Desert all will be okay.

Yes the bots are legal, although there some maps that you can't use them, read up to see witch one are they. To download use google.
You use bot at your own risk, you can search mbot on google or elitepvpers.
Yes its legal to use it here, but [EM] are not managers, they are Event Masters.
Regarding how to find bot, we aren't or can't post links to a bot download, its prohibited and you can get a ban for that.
