I'm a new player on exaysro and i dont know the basic rules on this server.

Can somebody tell me, how can i get JCs/LCs/exay silk coins?

where can i can leveling up fastest to 130?

Jc/lc = gold
exay silk coins= used for sockets etc.
next time use search function

U have to make the daily quest... u can accept the quest in newbie town.

Lvling fast to 130 u can when roc appeared (with party) or in baghdad.

I also suggest farming Talismans in FGW. Daily quest sucks.
