Holy Spell = 50% resistance but people with holy spell r like 99-100% resistant to de-buffs i have tested this out and with out holy spell i can actually de-buff but with holy spell on i tried for 10 win to get de-buff on not even 1 de-buff got on this does not seem like 50% more like a bug or a very unfair skill

its not bugged its the same as Fear/KD (blader) Sleep (warlock) Kb (bow) and go so on every mastery got a fcked up skill for the enemy

Dbuff 80 % increase
Holy spell 50 % reduce
Thatý why you only have a change to give them Level 13 Dbuffs to 30 %
