100% dub white not edited item

The player has socket stones applied.
This is how it's possible.

lol, the problem it s not the soket! It s how he got 100% durability stats (withe one)!

You can buy Socket Stones in Alexandria

Those items with 100% durability are traded off from a GM. You can exchange your weapon for different one but stats will remain the same. The durability is just a bonus I guess but its not like that really matters does it?

Sometimes this options are transferred from another weapon like Mint say, but even if you have some option that was not made for Sword but you have it on Staff for example, then the option is only visual, because all item options are handled by server.

It was available in extra donations and will be available again from April.
It cost 25$ or 20 euro and you can change one weapon you have for example Bow +20 to Blade +20 and save all stats and %
