Hi i got a question
now ive finally changed IDK to warlock rogue but i saw something
my warlock mastery lvl is now 114 but all my skills are already maxed
is it useless to up the mastery lvl now to 130?
or will my dbuffs/skills working better then ?
or does a mastery lv nothing to do with that?

usually the mastery's skill lvl ups the % of the skills so... yes i think you should

I don't think this is a problem on private server, just max it out. Any way you will not miss anything.
