If you haven't read what I wrote in the chatbox, then try the client on another pc. because the media.pk2 files (the old one) is working fine. I've just done it on my old pc which runs with windows xp and it does repatch.

hy..why the server cannot connect with the web-sit and make the update..i try to download new client and new media but still dont work

Try to autoupdate your client, run Silkroad.exe as administrator.
