if there's nothing in rules saying that scam players are not allowed that doesnt mean he should scam players and not any players he's scamming a newbie players that makes a big different and since he admit that he scammed him , i think he should get banned as well cuz this guy dangerous for the newbie players if he scammed them thay might leave the server and the server will lose players as well.
and i got 2 screenshots also he admit that he scammed him with globals...

Scam shouldn't be in rules because is obviously is not allowed to scam someone.
Only idiots can scam and think this is allowed lol.

By the way, for such players, scam string will be added to rules rofl.
